At Freezin’ Friesian we’ve developed ice cream based on a family recipe that has been used in our home for many years. We’ve taken this recipe and now showcase it using a modern flash-freezing process which has emerged from Thailand. 

To complement our ice cream, we’ve selected a mixture of locally grown fruits and home baked goods.
