Our ice cream.
Freezin' Friesian started with a simple, family ice cream recipe, tried and tested over the years. We’ve developed this recipe, firstly to be used for our very popular Rolled Ice Cream at food markets and more recently to be used in our retail ice cream range. Throughout the development, we focused on using natural and local ingredients as much as possible while creating a luxurious and exciting ice cream taste experience for all to enjoy.
We offer a wide range of flavours; some traditional, some seasonal and some you’ve never seen before!
We package our ice cream in various size tubs to suit all our customers. From 5 litre tubs for chefs to use in restaurants, 500ml tubs to take home, to 125ml tubs to grab on the go.
Flavours.
We like to think we do the basics very well; Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry etc. But adding our homemade add-ins to the ice cream is what makes our ice cream stand out. We bake and cook lots of delicious treats and add them to our ice cream to ensure each tub or scoop of Freezin’ Friesian ice cream is a complete dessert.
Some of our bestselling flavours include Chocolate Fudge Brownie with chunck’s of homemade brownie in our milk chocolate ice cream base, Sea Salt & Caramel with ribbons of our caramel sauce alongside a salty ice cream base, or Cookie Dough with pieces of cookie dough in our signature vanilla ice cream.
To ensure the highest quality, we try to make all our add-ins ourselves. Baking brownies, picking blackberries and other seasonal fruits, cooking honeycomb and caramel. We go to great lengths to bring a truly unique ice cream to the market for your enjoyment.
